These days millions are becoming aware of what is being called THE GREAT AWAKENING Many soul having almost miraculous experiences that lead them to “Awaken” to understand who and what they truly are and why they are here on the physical plane of existence…. After more than 2000 years of oppression and forgetting our truth…. HUmanity is in full Ascension as we speak…. Although there is no definite answers as far as putting someone’s ascension/awakening journey into a box… HUmans like to have some sort of guidance or ways to compair their experiences with that of what others are going through…
So I put together some information for you… Not for you to judge where you are at… But … Because I think it gives you a good feeling of how far you have come!
Remember that we have all been around for thousands of years and our souls are much older than that… SO we all started out as a sound from the Universe….. and after many different manifestations.. we are HUMAN…. every single incarnation and every single time we have been physical, we have built up to the very moment that we exist in right now…..
I hope this will help you understand a little bit deeper… the levels of awakening and the layers of consciousness…… which is all truly a mystery to us all for the most part…. I pray you will continue to progress on your path and align with your highest and best path and purpose for your highest and best good.. and for the highest evolution of HUmanity… in loving service to the divine plan unfolding….
1. The physical level of consciousness: On the first level of consciousness, you identify with the physical and material realm completely. You are an embodiment your external environment, with all its positive and negative aspects. You’ve internalized the values of society at large, and you define yourself in terms of your material successes and status. If you’re unsuccessful and poor, you accept things as they are and believe that efforts for success will be fruitless.
2. The rumblings from beneath: As you transcend to the second level of consciousness, you feel disillusionment with living entirely in the material realm. You start to identify less with external and material reality and begin to look inwards. You spend more time alone and start to feel unmoved by the lifestyle that can be got with money and materialism. You become attracted to learning about yourself. You begin to distinguish between sex and love, and between superficial power and real power.
3. Emerging: On the third level, you become more sensitive. You feel things more deeply. You start allowing yourself to cry and experience painful states. You begin to ask philosophical questions and develop artistic sensibilities. Then, you come to understand your relation to life, your physical being, your sexual energy, your creativity. You start to empathize with people, sensing what they feel. It starts to become clear what it is to be a human being and a true friend and neighbor, and you start to act on your own values.
4. From passive to active: As you move onto the fourth level of consciousness, you’ve emerged as an individual and begin to take an active role in life. You make your own decisions about what your life should be. You choose friends and situations according to your own values, of which you are now sure. Also, you begin to wield influence over your own thoughts and emotions, manipulating them to fit your values and what you want for yourself. You practice mindfulness and begin to achieve self-mastery, knowing that every thought and deed defines you.
5. Inner balance: By the time you’ve reached the 5th level, you’ve changed your lifestyle in accordance with what’s best for you. You’ve given up destructive habits. You treat your body and mind with respect and maintain harmony and balance through your daily regimen. At the same time, you’ve stopped living for the admiration and acceptance of others, and you’ve started to live for yourself. Instead, you begin to offer service to others based on your own desire to give. Also, you devote time to meditation, creating, and celebrating existence. You make compromises with others and your ego concerns diminish. You begin to manifest your spiritual being in the physical world and in your relationships.
6. Bridging the gap: At the 6th stage of consciousness, the split between the external world and the spiritual realm has become clear to you. You live almost a double life. You are in the world but you no longer feel part of it. Thus, you become adept at passing between spiritual and physical realities and you begin to transfer knowledge from the one to the other. You become able to adapt to different situations, adopting personas to fit requirements of circumstances, but holding fast to a higher self. At the same time, you meditate often and become someone who can resolve conflicts and offer others guidance.
7. Manifesting spirit: When you’ve reached the 7th level of consciousness, you’ve begun to live from spirit. You feel a deep emotional connection with all living creatures. You understand what lies in the hearts of people, you feel their pain and know how to heal them. Then, you express your spirit physically, uninhibited by negative feelings or judgments of yourself or others. You show affection to people with overwhelming warmth and connect with others emotionally.
8. Beginnings of fusion At the 8th level of consciousness, the barriers between your ego and the collective are beginning to crumble. There’s no longer merely a recognition of your sameness with all those around you, you begin to feel the symbiotic connection that you have with all of creation. You become aware of energies and realize that all feeling, thought, and action is based on vibrations or frequencies of energy. You learn how to master the energy that you’re channeling and begin to see that you can influence the actions of others with your energy.
9. Presence: When you pass onto the 9th level of consciousness, you wield such power over your thoughts and feelings that their strength and purity begin to transform the people you meet. When you enter a room, people feel pure love for you. Your presence becomes so tangible and powerful that it influences others. Your mind, heart, spirit, body, and soul are one. Thus, you no longer identify yourself as an individual being with any ego concerns. You have become fused with the universe. At this point, you’re able to lead others….. A spiritual Teacher, leader, way-shower, trailblazer!
10. Dissolution of self and ascendance: At the 10th and final level of consciousness, your sense of self has almost entirely disappeared. You have no ego boundaries left standing, and you live in your own spiritual reality. Your connection to the rest of creation becomes coordinated. You move and everyone moves with you. You have become fused with the collective. Also, you’re able to communicate with all beings in one pure language. Your being absorbs the universe around it and is absorbed by it. You are able to channel divine power.
3 most common Dimensions of Consciousness on Earth right now
3rd Dimension. In this dimension, the ego is in control. We exist in a material world, view things from a physical plane, and see people as separate from others rather than unified. We suffer from feelings of lack. Social status, money, and careers are valued higher than compassion and kindness. We rely only on the five senses. We have no desire for introspection, and we perceive and judge everything as “good or bad.” We’re fearful of losing money, possessions, and control. We don’t feel “good enough.” Everything is perceived as a coincidence rather than alignment or synchronicity. We desire to always be “right.” We feel like we need someone else to make us happy or feel fulfilled.
4th Dimension. This is known as the astral plane and is a gateway to the 5th dimension. We can step back to the 3rd dimension relatively easily. We can discover new friendships on the same frequency and find our “soul tribes.” We are aware that thoughts can shift vibrations and reality. Compassion, acceptance, unity, and unconditional love are valued, and a healthy diet and lifestyle become highly important. We seek soul purpose and passion, and we often feel alone. We have a heightened awareness of unrest on Earth, and a desire to pursue our soul mission or calling. We are aware that there is more to the world than meets the eye. We use our intuition and trust it, and we open our third eye chakra, therefore “knowing things” without being able to explain how. We can tell when someone is lying, and experience regular deja vu and synchronicity. Time no longer feels linear, and astral travel is possible.
5th Dimension .In this dimension, it is difficult to reenter the 3rd dimension. We have a heightened intuition. We feel no limits, no fear, and no judgment of “good or bad.” We have an absolute understanding of yin and yang. There is no competition, and no feelings of lack. We live in a unified consciousness and accept and love family as they are. Everything is effortless and flowing. We find abundance. We cannot be manipulated, and we can instantly love unconditionally. We no longer take anything personally.3 levels of consciousness
Ascending between Dimensions No matter where your soul light energy resides on average… we are multi-dimensional beings so we can be in more than 1 dimension at once (Simultaneously).. or in between. Depending on what we are doing how we are feeling, what we are working on…AND>..Universal/ Celestial events and energies happening!!
For instance…The divine light that radiates toward us during and after solar flare activity is thought to awaken our cells, so that we receive the opportunity to move quickly toward ascension. This means our vibration speeds up and is lifting, and we head away from the 3rd dimension and begin to embody the higher frequencies of the 4th or 5th dimension. If we are evolving and shifting dimensions, we may feel overly emotional, highly sensitive, irritable, exhausted, and experience periods of confusion and dizziness.
We may also notice that we have vivid dreams and nightmares, ringing in the ears, aches and pains, are unable to focus, and generally feel “out of it” as though our body, mind, and spirit are unaligned. As our energy changes frequency when we go through ascension, we may find that we experience an increase in intuition, and moments of “knowing” where information comes to our mind without rational explanation as to where it has come from.
For example, we may suddenly discover the answer to a question that we have been pondering about a personal relationship, or have an instant understanding about something we have previously failed to figure out. The best advice I can give all of you is to always go with the flow.. flow with the changes and no matter what, always try to raise your consciousness a little bit each day….. mindfully.
Always trust your intuition and follow the signs the Universe is sending to you… you are NOT making it up……. and although… There will be set backs during your awakening… Believe me when I say…. NOONE is perfect... but the sooner we can all truly let go and let life happen through us… The sooner we can all ascend into a more permanent higher consciousness…. for the highest and greatest good of all of HUmanity and all of the Galaxy.

In this day and age of “Progress” and through the pathways we have developed in today’s society of convenience….
Everyone had developed a lot of impatience and intolerance of the bigger picture…
We have become numb to the beauty and the Miracles all around us that are just awaiting our arrival into the next level of our beings…..
Unfortunately……The Human Race has really pulled away from the old Ancient ways of living in Harmony with the Universe..
It makes someone like me feel deeply sad inside at times at the things that are truly taken for granted.. The beauty that was put here on Earth to help us! What I like to call “God’s Medicine” (but you can call it whatever you want….. either way…. there is so much we as a society are unaware of.
I know, I used to think inside the box too, until the very essence of my own being was hanging in the balance and I started to study the chemistry in plants and was so pleasantly surprised at what it revealed to me!
Most do not realize all that was put on this earth to help us enhance our lives and our well beings..
Although through the great awakening happening on the planet of truth and love of Mankind……
People such as myself who are very ancient souls… who were sent here to help lead the way.. light the path back to the Garden that we burned down over 2000 years ago!
Yes we have the free will to either be positive or to let negativity sink our whole beings…. and we are all given the ability to tap into the higher realms of spirit if we so choose to..
In doing this and connecting to the “Divine” in ourselves and in the Universe…. we raise our “Vibrations” and bring forth so much love, peace, and joy to ourselves and those around us….
But……Amongst all of the amazing resources and things that God (source) has provided for us Humans on this planet to help us live in our higher selves and maintain a happy and healthy lifestyle…
We are gifted the beautiful, wonderful, powerful, healing energy that Nature has to offer us… such as the plants and trees!
To the common human, nature is just there and it is taken so for granted every single day, because it has always been there and seems that it always will be..
There are some who can walk in the woods and have absolutely no connection…. just completely expecting that this is just there and will remain; without even thinking about all the healing power the “Woods” may have to offer them if they just choose to see it (feel it)….
Some have absolutely no problem throwing trash along the side of the road and no belief in the fact that when we “pollute” our earth, we are ultimately “polluting” ourselves…
They have absolutely no understanding that Humans are not the only energetic beings on this Earth…
Sadly, through our own evolution, Humans have evolved to disconnect from the very thing that breathes life into our souls…….. we are a mirror of Nature and Nature is mirroring back to us exactly what we need to see!
There are many (many) of us who can feel a direct and close loving relationship with Nature and all of it’s beauty!…
…and what is even cooler, is the fact that Nature is here to keep us alive and healthy!
Yes it’s true…. and it is due to the need to “protect” themselves, just as us Humans do….
The plants and trees somewhere along the line started to produce “oils” and natural chemicals within themselves that directly protect themselves (each and every plant and tree individually)…
Fortunately for us Humans, this is great news for us!!
Their need for “Protection” from the elements and other forces in Nature….. has become a very healing substance for Humans and Animals….
CALLED ESSENTIAL OILS…..
History of Essential Oils Around the World
Essential oils, or aromatic oils as they were once called, have been used by many cultures around the world for centuries. Their uses varied between cultures from religious purposes to healing the sick. It is difficult to pinpoint exactly when essential oils gained notoriety as effective healing agents, but eventually the knowledge of essential oils spread around the globe.
The earliest evidence of human knowledge of the healing properties of plants was found in Lascaux, located in the Dordogne region in France. There, cave paintings suggest the use of medicinal plants in every day life that have been carbon dated as far back as 18,000 B.C.E.
These powerful healing “Oils” have been used to heal the mind, the body, and the soul for so many many years!
Being one of the most precious gifts (of many) that God has provided to us Humans….
Essential oils were very cherished during the days that Jesus walked the Earth!
In fact, they were honored back then and we so precious, that in some societies, only the “royals” were allowed privilege to them…
and somewhere, somehow along the line, it has been forgotten how magnificent and splendorous essential oils truly are!
I for one feel a direct connection with my plants, herbs, and flowers as I grow them….
Plants take on the energy of their environments….
and so when they are grown in a loving environment and maintained with dignity and respect…and thanked for their beautiful help in healing us Humans as they do!
and without pesticides and chemicals (Organic)…
They learn on their own how to protect themselves from the elements……
They have a very high vibration and therefor they produce more essential oils…..!
Versus the plants that are grown commercially and not loved and card for properly and are sprayed with chemicals (they do not have to protect themselves, because the man made chemicals do it for them and so they do not have to produce those essential oils …)
I have experimented with this ….
I distill my own essential oils (ones from plants that can be grown in Wisconsin like Lavender and peppermint, etc)..
So one year I distilled a batch from a Lavender plant I had purchased from a commercial greenhouse (which I was on a mission to save lol)….
Then directly afterwards, I distilled a batch of lavender from my own plant that I grew from seed organically….
I couldn’t believe the difference in how much more essential oil I received from my Lavender plant… the results of my study were so profound …
And I then knew that my intuition about the energy of plants and their well being directly affect their ability to assist in the healing of us humans!
So… with all of that said…..
I would like to offer you some knowledge about what plants and their essential oils can do for you and healing your mind, body, and soul!
In hopes that you will be able to appreciate the wonders of Nature as I do……
ESSENTIAL OILS FOR THE MIND:
How do essential oils heal our minds? you ask?
Well, Essential oils and plant essences have the ability to have quite a positive effect on Human emotions..
Through the system in our bodies known as the “Limbic” system.
The limbic system is a complex set of structures found on the central underside of the cerebrum, comprising inner sections of the temporal lobes and the bottom of the frontal lobe.
It combines higher mental functions and primitive emotion into a single system often referred to as the emotional nervous system.
It is not only responsible for our emotional lives but also our higher mental functions, such as learning and formation of memories.
The limbic system is the reason that some physical things such as eating seem so pleasurable to us, and the reason why some medical conditions, such as high blood pressure, are caused by mental stress.
It is directly where “smells” are processed in the brain and why certain smells can bring us back to memories and certain emotions.
The memory of walking in the door after school to the amazing and uplifting smell of apple pie baking when we were kids!
This usually left us feeling so happy and we couldn’t wait to eat it at dinner time, right?
SO now as adults, whenever we smell apple pie or cinnamon… it takes us back to that happy memory!
In fact….All aromas have a potential emotional impact that can reach deep into the psyche, both relaxing the mind and uplifting the Spirit.
When we inhale the fragrance of an essential oil, the odor molecules travel up the nose where they’re registered by the nerves of the olfactory membranes in the nose lining.
The odor molecules stimulate this lining of nerve cells and trigger electrical impulses to the olfactory bulb in the brain. The olfactory bulb then transmits the impulses to the amygdala – where emotional memories are stored – and to other parts of the limbic system of the brain.
Because the limbic system is directly connected to those parts of the brain that control heart rate, blood pressure, breathing, memory, stress levels, and hormone balance, essential oils can have profound physiological and psychological effects…
Olfactory responses to odors induce the brain to stimulate the release of hormones and neuro-chemicals that in turn alter the body’s physiology and behavior.
Essential oils enable us to access stored or forgotten memories and suppressed emotions so that we can acknowledge and integrate or release them.
Exactly why I use them in all of my “Healing” sessions as I am guided by the person’s “Higher self”
The word “emotions” can translate as “energy-in-motion.” E-motion is the experience of energy moving though our bodies.
This emotional energy actually works at higher speed than thought. Thought and images can take seconds or minutes to evoke a memory while an aroma can evoke a memory in milliseconds.
Forgotten memories and suppressed emotions can wreak havoc in our lives; often being the unsourced causes of depression, anxiety and fears.
Essential oils can help us surface and release these emotions wherever they are stored in the body or energy field.
This is now known as “Aromatherapy”….
What are some good essential oils to sniff for a higher and better emotional well being?

Here are only a few of my favorites…
Basil essential oil is helpful in dealing with feelings of anxiety, panic, or apprehension, and has been said to be the oil of “renewal”, both emotionally and spiritually. It provides strength and tranquility to the heart and mind, making it perfect for overwhelm, stress, fatigue, and may even assist a person in their efforts to overcome addiction–which makes it a great choice for overcoming ruminating thoughts and self-sabotaging behaviors that often result from toxic relationships.
Cedarwood oil is a great oil for times of crisis or sudden change, such as when there is an adjustment in households, jobs, and/or relationships. These events often lead to feeling isolated or knocked off balance. Cedarwood provides feelings of stability and grounding when external circumstances threaten your feelings of stability. It also helps lessen fears that deter your ability to realize your potential. On an everyday basis, diffusing Cedarwood can increase your stamina and help you stay more focused, lively and hopeful.
Lavender essential oil is useful for a variety of emotional conditions. It has been proven beneficial for anxiety, depression, irritability, panic attacks, and stress reduction. Researchers at the University of Miami found that inhalation of lavender oil enhanced beta waves in the brain, suggesting improved relaxation! On a spiritual level, lavender essential oil lifts the weight of depression and sadness, bringing an emotional balance to the soul.
Coming to acceptance allows peace to grow within. When we can release feelings of rejection, transformation is more likely occur. This oil releases stress from our mental, emotional and physical bodies, soothing our wounds. Roman Chamomile has a virtuous quality and is also helpful for Inner Child work, particularly when addressing feelings of abandonment, which can be triggered during the course of and aftermath of toxic relationships.
Spiritually, Roman Chamomile brings peace, love and acceptance to the self. It can also relieve feelings of shock and grief, while opening intuition and receptivity.
Bergamot (or any citrus oil)
Bergamot helps us transfer love back to ourselves. We can be so fixated on wanting other people to make us happy that we forget we can do that for ourselves. Bergamot is uplifting, has natural anti-depressant properties, and helps us to relax and regain self-confidence again.
Bergamot oil helps us in the areas of self-love, self-worth, self-acceptance, self-judgment, and self-loathing. This oil helps do the work necessary to step out of one’s fears of not being good enough, and habits of holding back for fear of rejection. It instills validation within, allowing us to accept our own authenticity, and not spend so much time worrying about the opinions of others.
It also helps us in processing and releasing fear, blame, the need for approval, toxic shame, and emotional anguish. It may also relieve feelings of incompetence, inadequacy, or worthlessness by helping us step into our own confidence and empowerment.
In addition to alleviating and eliminating depression, Frankincense is known as the “Oil of Truth”, revealing deceptiveness and false truths. It invites the individual to let go of lower vibrations, insults, and negativity. This oil helps create new perspectives based on integrity and enlightenment.
Frankincense is a powerful cleanser of the spirit. It assists in removing malevolent energies attached to a person, allowing them to open to enlightenment. Addresses emotions of abandonment and spiritual disconnectedness.
Hyssop is a holy herb that awakens the heart, bringing acceptance while encouraging unconditional love towards the self. Hyssop enables a clarity of spirit, encouraging emotional connection and well-being.
Hyssop essential oil is used for elimination of emotional uncleanliness, assisting in the removal of the legacy of guilt and fear of a generational nature. It is purifying for those who believe they have sins that need to be forgiven. It releases judgment of self and others, as well as old, limiting beliefs that no longer serve one’s spiritual path.
Melissa (a.k.a. Lemon Balm)
Melissa is the ultimate oil for emotional detox and combating stress and overwhelm. On a spiritual and emotional realm, Lemon Balm has been used for centuries to harmonize the mind and body. It will help those who are Highly Sensitive (HSPs) and are prone to emotionally shutting down.
Using Lemon balm will restore clarity and generate support and balance to the spirit so one may have a positive outlook on their life and well-being.
ESSENTIAL OILS TO HEAL THE BODY:
There is no doubt in my mind after practicing as a “Certified Master Aromatherapist / Certified Master Herbalist” for several years now that the phytochemicals in plants (which are made into essential oils) have many healing properties to them.
Honestly, if you can tell me an ailment of the physical body, I could tell you an essential oil that would heal it (not kidding)….
But for the purpose of not making you read all day, I will stick to just giving you some examples of what essential oils can help with infections……..

THIEVES (or if you are not a Young Living fan… any combination of these oils):
is without a doubt a top favorite amongst the masses (and I agree)…. with its powerful combination of Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus Radiata, and Rosemary essential oils it covers bacterial, viral, and fungal infections.
This is a powerhouse of the forces of nature when it comes to killing infection! It has anti-viral, anti-bacterial
With its combination of anti-viral, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal properties…. this is also a great choice (and it smells like a slice of heaven)
OREGANO (my favorite):
The unique composition of oregano oil makes it especially suitable to treat staph infections. The phenolic compound found in Oregano Oil has been shown to be more effective than as many as 18 pharmaceutical drugs including penicillin.
It has excellent anti fungal properties but must always be diluted before application.
ESSENTIAL OILS THAT HEAL THE SOUL (for spiritual practice):
God (source) knew what he was doing when he created the powerful energies in plants!
I cannot tell you how profound these are and how much they truly do help!

What you need to know to help your body naturally re-gain balance and harmony
It is becoming increasingly clear that chronic inflammation is the root cause of many serious illnesses – including heart disease, many cancers, and Alzheimer’s Disease…. so name just a few.
We all know inflammation on the surface of the body as local redness, heat, swelling and pain.
It is the cornerstone of the body’s healing response, bringing more nourishment and more immune activity to a site of injury or infection.
But when inflammation persists because we do not understand the deeper meaning or it’s purpose (energetically), it damages the body and causes illness.
Stress, lack of exercise, and exposure to toxins (like secondhand tobacco smoke) can all contribute to such chronic inflammation, but dietary choices play a big role as well. Learning how specific foods influence the inflammatory process is the best strategy for containing it and reducing long-term disease risks.
The Anti-Inflammatory Diet is not a diet in the popular sense – it is not intended as a weight-loss program (although people can and do lose weight on it), nor is the Anti-Inflammatory Diet an eating plan to stay on for a limited period of time.
Rather, it is way of selecting and preparing anti-inflammatory foods based on scientific knowledge of how they can help your body maintain optimum health. Along with influencing inflammation, this natural anti-inflammatory diet will provide steady energy and ample vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids dietary fiber, and protective phytonutrients.
Minimize your consumption of processed foods and fast food.
Eat an abundance of fruits and vegetables.
Most adults need to consume between 2,000 and 3,000 calories a day.
Women and smaller and less active people need fewer calories.
Men and bigger and more active people need more calories.
If you are eating the appropriate number of calories for your level of activity, your weight should not fluctuate greatly.
The distribution of calories you take in should be as follows: 40 to 50 percent from carbohydrates, 30 percent from fat, and 20 to 30 percent from protein.
Try to include carbohydrates, fat, and protein at each meal.
On a 2,000-calorie-a-day diet, adult women should consume between 160 to 200 grams of carbohydrates a day.
Adult men should consume between 240 to 300 grams of carbohydrates a day.
The majority of this should be in the form of less-refined, less-processed foods with a low glycemic load.
Reduce your consumption of foods made with wheat flour and sugar, especially bread and most packaged snack foods (including chips and pretzels).
Eat more whole grains such as brown rice and bulgur wheat,in which the grain is intact or in a few large pieces. These are preferable to whole wheat flour products, which have roughly the same glycemic index as white flour products.
Eat more beans, winter squashes, and sweet potatoes.
Cook pasta al dente and eat it in moderation.
Avoid products made with high fructose corn syrup.
On a 2,000-calorie-a-day diet, 600 calories can come from fat – that is, about 67 grams. This should be in a ratio of 1:2:1 of saturated to monounsaturated to polyunsaturated fat.
Reduce your intake of saturated fat by eating less butter, cream, high-fat cheese, unskinned chicken and fatty meats, and products made with palm kernel oil.
Use extra-virgin olive oil as a main cooking oil. If you want a neutral tasting oil, use expeller-pressed, organic Grapeseed oil. Organic, high-oleic, expeller pressed versions of sunflower and safflower oil are also acceptable.
Avoid regular safflower and sunflower oils, corn oil, cottonseed oil, soybean, and mixed vegetable oils.
Strictly avoid margarine, vegetable shortening, and all products listing them as ingredients. Strictly avoid all products made with partially hydrogenated oils of any kind. Include in your diet avocados and nuts, especially walnuts, cashews, almonds, and nut butters made from these nuts.
For omega-3 fatty acids, eat salmon (preferably fresh or frozen wild or canned sockeye), sardines packed in water or olive oil, herring, and black cod (sablefish, butterfish); omega-3 fortified eggs; hemp seeds and flaxseeds (preferably freshly ground); or take a fish oil supplement (look for products that provide both EPA and DHA, in a convenient daily dosage of two to three grams).
On a 2,000-calorie-a-day diet, your daily intake of protein should be between 80 and 120 grams. Eat less protein if you have liver or kidney problems, allergies, or autoimmune disease.
Decrease your consumption of animal protein except for fish and high quality natural cheese and yogurt.
Eat more vegetable protein, especially from beans in general and soybeans in particular. Become familiar with the range of whole-soy foods available and find ones you like.
Try to eat 40 grams of fiber a day. You can achieve this by increasing your consumption of fruit, especially berries, vegetables (especially beans), and whole grains.
Ready-made cereals can be good fiber sources, but read labels to make sure they give you at least 4 and preferably 5 grams of bran per one-ounce serving. Please make sure they are “Whole food”
To get maximum natural protection against age-related diseases (including cardiovascular disease, cancer, and neurodegenerative disease) as well as against environmental toxicity, eat a variety of fruits, vegetables and mushrooms.
Choose fruits and vegetables from all parts of the color spectrum, especially berries, tomatoes, orange and yellow fruits, and dark leafy greens.
Choose organic produce whenever possible. Learn which conventionally grown crops are most likely to carry pesticide residues and avoid them.
Drink tea instead of coffee, especially good quality white, green or oolong tea. get hand made herbal teas from Wholeistic healing.
If you drink alcohol, use red wine preferentially.
Enjoy plain dark chocolate in moderation (with a minimum cocoa content of 70 percent).
Vitamins and Minerals
The best way to obtain all of your daily vitamins, minerals, and micronutrients is by eating a diet high in fresh foods with an abundance of fruits and vegetables. In addition, supplement your diet with the followingAntioxidant Cocktail:
Vitamin C, 200 milligrams a day.
Vitamin E. Most adults should limit their daily supplement intake of vitamin E to 100-200 IU (in the form of mixed tocopherols and tocotrienols).
Selenium, 100-200 micrograms per day.
Mixed carotenoids, 10,000-15,000 IU daily.
The antioxidants can be most conveniently taken as part of a daily multivitamin/multimineral supplement. It should contain no iron (unless you are a female and having regular menstrual periods) and no preformed vitamin A (retinol). Take these supplements with your largest meal.
Other Measures To Consider
If you are not eating oily fish at least twice a week, take supplemental fish oil, in capsule or liquid form (two to three grams a day of a product containing both EPA and DHA). Look for molecularly distilled products certified to be free of heavy metals and other contaminants.
If you are not regularly eating ginger and turmeric consider taking these in supplemental form hand made from Wholeistic Healing (we make liquid form too)
Add coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) to your daily regimen: 60-100 milligrams of a soft gel form taken with your largest meal. (Make sure it has no added or other ingredients)
If you are prone to take alpha-lipoic acid, 100 to 400 milligrams a day.
Drink pure water, or drinks that are mostly water (tea, very diluted fruit juice, sparkling water with lemon) throughout the day.
Use bottled water or get a home water purifier if your tap water tastes of chlorine or other contaminants, or if you live in an area where the water is known or suspected to be contaminate
This is some very good information that will help you at least get a start to your inflammation healing journey.

Since I am a very passionate Master Herbalist, I thought maybe it would be a great day to share some information on healing your whole being with herbs and foods (and the energy of it).
I want to share with you some of my own personal “journey” of healing myself…..going from barely above ground, to truly living!
Many years ago, human beings would only eat “Whole” foods. They didn’t have a choice, because they ate what was available for them, right?
Not only did they know and understand (and were connected to the divinity within themselves) that God (Whatever that means for you) placed plants, roots, trees, and Herbs on this Earth for a reason…..
But they also knew exactly what to eat when they were not feeling so well! (because they were not taught to NOT follow the calling of their own soul)
Unfortunately, through the years, the knowledge was lost a little at a time…….
As the years have gone by, technology, and industry has continued to progress; which is great, except for the fact that the more we progress, the busier we are, the less time we have to eat right, the more “Convenience” foods that are created…
The more we buy high priced (non-nutrient rich) foods, the more we lose our knowledge of what exactly it is that our beautiful planet has to offer to keep our bodies healthy and whole!

So Through the years, we as people have gotten lazy (sorry but we have).
It saddens me when I try to help people (clients) to get better from Diseases they suffer from.. but they do not have enough honor for themselves to eat right or enhance their beautiful bodies (Sacred Vessels) with the plants and resources that were meant to keep us well.
People sometimes would rather spend $150.00 per month to pay for a industrialized fad…factory made “Nutrition” supplement (full of chemicals and preservatives) , then to have a Medicine Woman like me make them the same thing out of real herbs and vitamins (which I grow myself with LOVE so the vibration of my medicines in itself heals… You better believe it does!) that will run them about $20 for a month’s supply! (we herbalists do not do this for the money… we truly want you to feel better!)
Most would rather continue to suffer from their afflictions, because they would rather continue to eat man made poisons, then to hear me or their bodies begging them to LOVE THY SELF completely!
Why is this?
YOU GUYS…… Listen to me when I tell you that God’s Medicine is what was intended (most of you know this, but just can’t seem to do what is truly best for yourselves and your families)!

Yes… I know that we have all heard this a million times.. “Eat right and exercise”… in fact we have heard it so many times that I think as a society, we don’t even hear the words (or energy) or this anymore!
DO YOU KNOW THAT…..
Everything we put into our bodies has a vibration? Whether it is food, medicine, soda, beer, or fruits and veggies (it’s true).
So when we are eating “Whole” foods (which means foods that are grown from the Earth.. not processed and not chemically enhanced) Each of them have a much higher vibration then their Manufactured counterparts.
Things that are home grown (organically – without pesticides) have a very high vibration to them…
Well first off when things are grown from the Earth, they are naturally high vibrating, especially when they are grown by us and we LOVE our gardens and plants!
Weirdo people like me that actually talk to our plants and send them love are filling the plants and all of their energy with LOVE.
When we are thankful for our harvest, we send our plants GRATITUDE, right?
When produce, herbs, and roots are processed by machines, they have the ever loving energy sucked right out of them!
About a year ago, someone said to me “Becky, you should sell your herbal medicine recipes to a factory and have them made in huge quantities, because they work so well!”
TO THIS I SAY…..NO FREAKIN WAY!
Not that I am afraid of sharing my formulations or recipes; but ultimately because a huge part of why my herbal medicines work so well is souly (hehe get it.. SOUL – Y) due to the energy that I instill in them while growing the plants, harvesting them, and preparing them.
My love for medicine making and my intention alone creates such a huge shift in the vibrations of these things, that if I were to have them made elsewhere they would lose an enormous amount of said vibrations… just by being processed by machines; rather then the energy of my physical hands.
I am living proof of how wonderful herbs and food as medicine truly is…
Here is why…
As a young adult, I was diagnosed with Degenerative Disc Disease, Fibromyalgia, Thyroid issues, Depression/anxiety, and God knows what else.
I have been in the medical field my entire adult life and graduated from pharmacy Technician school when I was 20 and then receiving my Medical Assistant degree at 35.
I truly believed at the time that the 10 prescription pills I took daily were the answer to my health problems.
I wasn’t yet educated in “Natural” healing and I not only fed my children garbage (which I wish so much I could go back and change that now… but I am greatful that I know now!)
SO I CONTINUED TO….
Not only eat like complete garbage…. but also popped all those pills that made me sicker and made me have to get more pills for the symptoms that the pills would create (so I had to add stomach medicine to the list, because this crap was ruining my stomach in all of it’s glory!)
So long story short… when I woke up and realized the truth of the matters..and I learned that I could make my own medicines from plants, eat a “Whole” food diet of anti-inflammatory foods, and work on the emotional pain that I was suffering from so deep down inside (do my soul work)… that I didn’t have to take all those prescriptions anymore (I also stopped pushing them on others.
I learned that my body was sick, because my mind and soul were sick (very sick).
I lived in a victim mentality and held in all of the hurts and struggles I had faced as a child and young adult.
I started meditating to ease anxiety (panic attacks I had daily) and depression, which led me to meeting someone who taught me how to make “Plantain salve”; which led me to the energy of herbal medicines (I then went back to school in an effort to heal myself… and it just blew up from there), which led me to eating the right foods, which led me to energy medicine and REIKI… which then led me to an amazing spiritual awakening….. which ultimately led me to Being completely connected to the divine in myself, which I now honor very deeply.
Once I learned to love myself….
I learned how to “HEAL THY SELF”…
Because of the high vibrating energy of my intake ( and doing my soul work) and healing my mind.. which gave me the ambition and drive to heal my body….. which made me feel great enough to want to heal my soul!
Believe me when I tell you….
that at the young age of 25, I was told that “Within 5 years you will be in a wheelchair”…THIS SCARED THE DAYLIGHTS out of me and created a reality for me that was very negative… just sitting around waiting for that fateful day! It created a fear… a big one!
I felt Hopeless….
At the age of 28 I had a complete hysterectomy due to the “C WORD” (I do not like to say it out-loud.. so I am abbreviating it as to not attract it back into my assistance ever again) that had crept into my cervix (in the female anatomy) when I was 20.
I had many surgeries over and over removing the “Big C” in my female parts and eventually I had to just have everything removed. (this was just shortly after having a miscarriage, so I wasn’t exactly ready to be done having children yet)
I felt Worthless……
At the age of 36 I was told that my Disc degeneration in my spine had significantly progressed (and not in the direction we want progress to go). I was once again told “It will be about 5 years and you will not be able to walk anymore!”
Then…. in 2015 I was diagnosed with MS (or so they say….)
BUT THIS Time……. I FELT hope, worth, faith, and empowerment!
Because by that time, I had learned about the healing powers of foods, herbs, and energy!
Instead of believing everything my doctors were saying as God’s Word, I went home and formulated some medicines and a diet for myself that was not only healing physically… but high vibrating!
I learned how to work with my doctors as a team!
I learned not to “Own” disease… but to accept it and heal it instead.
By that time, I was of of most of the man made meds and decided i was NOT going to go down like that…
By that time, I had found faith in God (not that I didn’t always have it…) and all that is divine.
By that time.. I knew and understood very clearly what I must do!
So here I am today, 45 years old and Living the life of my dreams (at least the very beginning of it… because the bigger dreams are yet to come!)
45 years old, happy, healthy, walking, “C word” free, and living a high vibe life!
It is all one big puzzle for all of us to figure out.. that is what we call life!
We are meant to go through certain struggles and learn certain lessons.. THAT IS WHY WE ARE HERE!
Why was I so sick?
Whelp….. The answer is simple…. because in my mind I didn’t love myself, which in turn made my physical body sick, due to the low vibrating frequencies I was resonating at and the low vibrational foods I was eating (and the lack of high vibrating herbs I ingested).. which was also due to the ailments of my soul!
To this day, when I eat things that do not serve my highest and best good, I suffer the consequences of it! I feel not so good…..
THIS IS TRUE FOR YOU TOO!!!
Imagine the energy you would have if you were eating high vibrating energy and living in a positive and high vibrating lifestyle (of gratitude, joy, peace, and harmony) and connecting to the realms of the divine (truly connecting) every single day!
Our bodies are sick for a reason guys……
A lot of the diseases we carry today are energetically placed. Our bodies are begging us to figure out the root cause and fix it…
AND WE CAN!
As of today, my physical spine is still what it is (can’t change that) but I am greatly impressed at how fast I can make a flare up go away these days!
I may still have these ailments that try to creep into my physical existence…. BUT…. they will never become me (NEVER)!!
I overcame a herniated disc (L4/5) where the disc actually literally flew out of position and landed smack dab right onto my sciatic nerve in less then a month (disc was dissolved and gone) by making everything in my life a high vibration (eating anti-inflammatory foods and herbs, energy healing, and asking my body exactly what it was trying to tell me and actually listening).

What you should know about finding a real and true Herbalist.
A time and a place for everything…
With all of the changes happening in the world these days, and the effects of the current health care crisis; many are for the very first time exploring natural medicine options.
When it comes to the current pandemic, it is not a surprise that people are looking for an extra outlet due to the rising demand in health care.
Unfortunately for most Americans, the rise in Corona Virus Cases has caused a huge decrease in availability of Regular Doctor appointments being available for milder health ailments and conditions.
Many people have turned to a more alternative or holistic approach instead; even though they maybe would have never thought of it just a year or so ago.
As a respected Registered herbalist (AHG), I am certainly not saying you should turn away from conventional medicine. I personally believe that there is a time and place for everything.
I just truly want you to know that there are alternative options available should you reach a road block with your regular health care routine; or if you aren’t having luck getting better.
I absolutely respect all sides of medicine and have worked in healthcare my entire career on both sides. I do believe that if the day were to ever come when Western Medicine and Herbal medicine could work together to fill in the gaps for each other, it would be the perfect marriage of Well being for all.
One of the things that really scares me though is that there are people out there presenting as “Herbalists”, “Naturopaths”, and “Alternative Medicine” practitioners with absolutely no education other than google that are selling you expensive “Cures” or “Remedies” that lead people down a path of fearing natural medicines.
It is my duty to help educate the communities I work within, that there is a huge difference in “Snake oil” salesman and a true and real “Registered Herbalist”.
Please understand that not everything is what you are told. If someone is telling you to turn away from your medical doctor and only believe and follow them and they will “Heal you” or “Cure you”, please steer clear.
A real and true Alternative Medicine or Herbal Medicine practitioner will never promise a cure, but rather offer you puzzle pieces and will be willing to work together with your MD and even possibly your pharmacist to supplement your treatments.
I will not ever promise you anything, except I will go above and beyond to help you take charge of your own health and wellness!
If I cannot help you, I will tell you. I will never sell you miracle cures, because the truth is, the miracle is in you taking responsibility for your own health!

Here are some Herbal Medicine Fundamentals for those of you who are new to Nature and God’s Medicines……
The American Herbalists Guild, a non-profit, educational organization for the furtherance of herbalism, frequently receives questions about herbs. The following are among the most commonly asked. If any of your questions are not answered here, you may contact us for further information.
WHAT IS AN HERB? Medicinally, an herb is any plant or plant part used for its therapeutic value. Yet, many of the world’s herbal traditions also include mineral and animal substances as “herbal medicines”.
WHAT IS HERBAL MEDICINE? Herbal medicine is the art and science of using herbs for promoting health and preventing and treating illness. It has persisted as the world’s primary form of medicine since the beginning of time, with a written history more than 5000 years old While the use of herbs in America has been overshadowed by dependence on modern medications the last 100 years, 75% of the world’s population still rely primarily upon traditional healing practices, most of which is herbal medicine.
HOW ARE HERBS DIFFERENT FROM PHARMACEUTICALS? Most pharmaceutical drugs are single chemical entities that are highly refined and purified and are often synthesized. In 1987 about 85% of modern drugs were originally derived from plants. Currently, only about 15% of drugs are derived from plants. In contrast, herbal medicines are prepared from living or dried plants and contain hundreds to thousands of interrelated compounds. Science is beginning to demonstrate that the safety and effectiveness of herbs is often related to the synergy of its many constituents.
HOW IS HERBAL MEDICINE DIFFERENT FROM CONVENTIONAL MEDICINE? The primary focus of the herbalist is to treat people as individuals irrespective of the disease or condition they have, and to stimulate their innate healing power through the use of such interventions as herbs, diet, and lifestyle. The primary focus of conventional physicians is to attack diseases using strong chemicals that are difficult for the body to process, or through the removal of organs. Not only does this ignore the unique makeup of the individual, but many patients under conventional care suffer from side effects that are as bad as the condition being treated. The philosophical difference between herbalists and conventional physicians has profound significance.
WHAT IS AN HERBALIST? Herbalists are people who dedicate their lives to working with medicinal plants. They include native healers, scientists, naturopaths, holistic medical doctors, researchers, writers, herbal pharmacists, medicine makers, wild crafters, harvesters, and herbal farmers to name a few. While herbalists are quite varied, the common love and respect for life, especially the relationship between plants and humans, unites them. Persons specializing in the therapeutic use of plants may be medical herbalists, traditional herbalists, acupuncturists, midwives, naturopathic physicians, or even one’s own grandmother.
HOW CAN HERBS AND HERBAL MEDICINE HELP ME? Herbs can offer you a wide range of safe and effective therapeutic agents that you can use as an integral part of your own health care program. They can be used in three essential ways:
to prevent disease
to treat disease
to maximize one’s health potential
Herbs are also used for the symptomatic relief of minor ailments.
HOW CAN I KNOW IF A PARTICULAR HERB WILL WORK FOR ME? Medicine is an art, not just a science. No one can predict which herb will work best for every individual in all situations. This can only come with educated self-experimentation and experience or by seeking the assistance of those who are knowledgeable in clinical herbal medicine. The simpler the condition, the easier it is to find a solution. The more complicated the condition, the greater the need there is to seek expert advice.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR HERBS TO BE EFFECTIVE? The success of herbal treatment always depends upon a variety of factors including how long the condition has existed, the severity of the condition, the dosage and mode of administration of the herb(s), and how diligently treatment plans are followed. It can be as short as 60 seconds when using a spoonful of herbal bitters for gas and bloating after a heavy meal; 20 minutes when soaking in a bath with rosemary tea for a headache; days when using tonics to build energy; or months to correct long-standing gynecological imbalances. Difficult chronic conditions can often take years to reverse.
HOW SAFE ARE HERBS? It depends on the herbs. Most herbs sold as dietary supplements are very safe. When used appropriately, the majority of herbs used by practitioners have no adverse side effects. A review of the traditional and scientific literature worldwide demonstrates that serious side effects from the use of herbal medicines are rare. According to Norman Farnsworth: “Based on published reports, side effects or toxic reactions associated with herbal medicines in any form are rare. In fact, of all classes of substances reported to cause toxicities of sufficient magnitude to be reported in the United States, plants are the least problematic.”
WHERE CAN I GET SAFETY INFORMATION? Read product labels carefully. Many manufacturers provide appropriate information. There are also a number of references that are commonly available. As with all medicines, the primary determination of whether a medicine is appropriate for you is based on your own experience.
HOW IS THE HERBAL INDUSTRY REGULATED? The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) primarily regulates the marketing and advertising of products. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) primarily regulates the manufacture and labeling of herbal products and has legal authority over assuring that products are manufactured correctly and are truthfully labeled with respect to ingredients and claims. Additionally, there are a number of trade associations that require member companies to adhere to specific codes of ethics and conduct their own testing programs.
HOW DO HERBALISTS PRACTICE? Herbalists can practice either as primary health care providers or adjunctive health care consultants. Most visits to an herbalist begin with a consultation about your past and current health history, your dietary and lifestyle practices, or other factors related to your health issue. The herbalist, with your involvement, should develop an integrated herbal program that addresses your specific health needs and concerns. You should be treated as a whole person, not as a disease.
ARE THERE DIFFERENT APPROACHES TO USING HERBS? Various herbal traditions have developed worldwide. In the West there are a number of different traditions which include folkloric herbal practices, clinical western herbal medicine, naturopathic medicine, practitioners of Ayurveda or Chinese medicine, and numerous Native American herbal traditions. Some practitioners use highly developed systems of diagnosis and treatment while others base their treatments on individual knowledge and experience. Every person must find the herbal practitioner that is most appropriate for them.
ARE THERE DIFFERENT TYPES OF HERBALISTS? Traditional Western, or Community Herbalists, base their work on traditional folk medicine or indications of historical uses of herbs and modern scientific information. Backgrounds may include folk, Native American, eclectic, wise woman, earth-centered, or other traditions. They may be trained through traditional or non-traditional methods such as apprenticeships, schools, or self-study. Medical or Clinical Herbalists are present in the United States and in most of the nations in the European Union.
Professional education is offered in the USA and throughout Europe in a variety of formats. Most programs cover the traditional uses of herbs, the basic medical sciences of biochemistry, nutrition and anatomy as well as diagnosis and prescription.
The most common titles given to medical herbalists from the Western world include: RH (AHG), Registered Herbalist, American Herbalists Guild; MCPP Member, College of Practitioners of Phytotherapy; FNIMH� Fellow, National Institute of Medical Herbalists; MNIMH Member, National Institute of Medical Herbalists; FNHAA� Fellow, National Herbalists Association of Australia.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the traditional medicine system of China, is the second-largest medical system in the world after Western medicine. TCM doctors go through extensive training in theory, practice, herbal therapy, and acupuncture. Quite a few states now license acupuncturists, and many consider them primary health care providers. Their titles may include L.Ac.� Licensed Acupuncturist; OMD Doctor of Oriental Medicine; or Dip. C.H. (NCCA)� Diplomat of Chinese Herbology from the National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncturists.
Traditional Ayurvedic Medicine, (Ayurveda), the traditional medical system of India and Nepal, is the third largest herbal medicine system in the world today. Ayurvedic doctors treat more than 80 percent of the people on the Indian subcontinent and go through extensive training that can last as long as 12 years. Some use the title M.D. (Ayur.) when they come to English speaking countries, while those who have passed the accreditation process of the American Ayurvedic Association are given the title D.Av. Diplomate in Ayurvedic Health Sciences.
Naturopathic Medicine integrates traditional natural therapeutics with modern scientific medical diagnoses and western medical standards of care. Most licensed naturopathic physicians, (N.D.) have received full medical training at one of four fully accredited medical universities in North America. There are currently 13 states that license the practice of naturopathic medicine.
HOW DO I CHOOSE A QUALIFIED HERBALIST? First and foremost recognize that the relationship between a health care provider and a client should begin with clearly articulated goals and responsibilities. Every client should be fully informed of the experience, training and services provided by the practitioner. Similarly, the provider should clearly understand the goals and desires of the client. Together the client and provider must determine if the experience and services provided meet the needs of the client.
For help in finding a qualified herbalist, either contact your local health food or herb store for referrals, ask for recommendations from people whose judgment you trust, or contact a national organization such as the American Herbalists Guild.
The American Herbalists Guild (AHG) was founded in 1989 as a non-profit, educational organization to represent the goals and voices of herbalists. It is the only peer-review organization in the United States for professional herbalists specializing in the medicinal use of plants
Herbalists from any tradition with sufficient education and clinical experience, who demonstrate advanced knowledge in the medicinal use of plants and who pass the AHG credentialing process (a careful review by a multidisciplinary admissions board) receive professional status and the title, Registered Herbalist (RH), AHG. Informed Consent/Full Disclosure AHG Members will provide their clients, potential clients and students with truthful and non-misleading information about their experience, training, services, pricing structure and practices, as well as disclosure of financial interests if they offer a conflict in practice; and will inform their clients that redress of grievances is available through the American Herbalists Guild or through the appropriate agency where the member is operating under a state license.
Confidentiality Personal information gathered in the herbalist/client relationship will be held in strict confidence by the AHG Member unless specifically allowed by the client.
Professional Courtesy AHG Members shall present opinions about and experiences with other practitioners and healing modalities in an ethical and honorable manner.
Professional Referral Network Clients shall be encouraged to exercise their right to see other practitioners and obtain their botanicals and health supports from the source(s) of their choosing.
Referrals AHG Members shall recognize their own limitations of practice. When they believe a condition is beyond their scope of expertise as an herbalist, or when it is clear that a client is not responding positively to therapy, they will encourage clients to seek further support from other qualified professionals.
Avoiding Needless Therapy Recommendations shall be based solely on the specific needs of the client, avoiding excessive or potentially needless supplementation.
Environmental Commitment AHG Members acknowledge that individual health is not separate from environmental health and offer counsel clients to embrace this same Earth- centered awareness.

I figured it would be a good time to talk to you about Depression and Anxiety (past Traumas), which if we aren’t careful during this life-changing time……can lead us not only into temptation of letting ourselves be stricken with the lower vibrational emotions; but can also take us down the path of addictions…
It is vitally important that we stay in our hearts (work on healing them…) as much as possible during times like these where things are very uncertain and all we have for sure is FAITH…. work on raising our vibrations daily through meditation/prayer, and work on focusing on our blessings; rather than our Stressings and messings (or what your mind thinks is stressings and messings).
As most of us already know and already follow….. the law of attraction is a very important piece of this…
Right now, during this great time of change and transformation, each of us is being invited to connect deep within ourselves and work on being more mindful of all of the Energetic laws of the Universe… the law of attraction is vital right now though!
I can’t say for sure whether or not the Law of Attraction is a true and real thing..
But I know for sure that becoming aware of it and the energy in my own E-Motions has made such a significant impact on my own life and career that I feel I must share and get this out there for others to feel inspired to change your lives too!

What I have learned since my healing journey started is that our E-Motions are energetic. They have energy/frequency and depending on which E-motion you carry around most of the time…. Will ultimately determine your frequency of your physical body, mind, and soul (your vibe).
E-motions are your soul light energy in motion… it is how you communicate with your whole be-ing on how you FEEL about certain situations, people, things, etc.
E-Motions are meant to be the “stimulus” that MOVES you to dive deep within your eternal self in order to work THROUGH what you are feeling and see where the imbalance is.. recognize what part of you is in the darkness and invite that piece back home to the heart….. make a more empowered choice for you and bring all of you back to the light within…..
Once you live this as a lifestyle, it gets easier and easier to crack through the tough hard shells we have all placed around ourselves when things in life were either misunderstood, or we felt the need for protection…..Layer by layer we learn about ourselves and who we truly are.. not what life and other Human beings have told us we are!
I learned this with my own journey 10 years ago and I continue to watch this be true for every single client that comes to me looking for help healing traumas and past E-motional wounds.
You see what we weren’t taught growing up is that E-Motions are the response information that is fed to our computers (AKA BRAINS) that help us process the situation.
E-Motions are the energy (Consciousness) that resonates at a different Hrtz …
Depending on which one we are carrying around most of the time… (literally carrying around because Humans have an energetic/E-Motional field around our physical bodies that cannot typically be seen with the Naked eye)
Will determine whether we are expanded or contracted….
If you are not allowing these E-motions to process as they are meant to…
Then your life will stay stuck in loops and cycles over and over and over….
However…… if you take the time to listen to your self…
Stop… be still… listen (shhhh)
To your mind (what is it telling you?)
To your body (what is it saying?)
Your soul/Energy/E-Motion (how does it feel?)
You can work through anything… releasing the lessons to a higher understanding..
Releasing yourself from victim mentality into seeing the blessings in your life’s experiences.
The frequency we are floating at on an energetic level will attract more of the same frequency..
We attract the energy of what our realities (lives) are, whether we realize it or not!
If we focus on what’s wrong and keep telling the stories of abuse, neglect, trauma, and past hurts…
Well that is how our lives will continue to be!
Because the Universe doesn’t communicate in words…
It communicates in frequency/vibration…
The frequency signals you send out……
Are the exact same frequency you will be sent more of (literally cuz its at your level of existence)…..

Because I took my life from Dramas and Traumas….
Blessings and Progressings (I just made that word up too lol)!!!
It wasn’t easy to rise up out of the darkness and it sure isn’t easy to maintain that level of happiness at first…
Until you keep working on it and stay focused and eventually one day you wake up and realize that you have completely changed your lifestyle, way of thinking, and the energy of who you are without even realizing you have done so.
You will see yourself reacting completely different to situation that used to send you through the roof…
You will find yourself excited to have others vibrating at your frequency…
You will wake up each morning feeling blessed instead of stressed….
How do we heal those past traumas and move forward… release who we used to be?
How do we go from a victim of life to a fulfilled person who helps pull others out of their victim-hood?
I work with clients, family, and friends every single day that are in the dooms of despair.
Somehow people always just seem to reach out to me when they feel like they need support (it has always been that way)…
I haven’t always been this empowered version of me you know….
I too had lots of learning and growing and changing my ways so I could create a better life and light the way for others to do the same when they are ready!
I haven’t always been the one who is in eternal inner peace most of the time and nor have I always been someone who overcame my traumas, depression/anxieties…
Years ago, when I was in my Early 30’s I was as lost as it gets.
After many years of traumas, losses, extreme abuse, and self loathing, which led to….. making very low vibrational choices, just trying to “survive”……..
Which eventually on that path leads to……..
Homelessness, my family turning their backs on me, losing jobs, lying to make myself feel better about who I was, violence, and just barely living……
and many many many health issues that I didn’t realize at the time were all caused from the negative emotions that I was carrying in my shit storm!
I was in a victim mentality and it left me many negative patterns of destruction!
I blamed my parents, I blamed my friends when they didn’t feel sorry for me, I blamed everything on everyone else in my life.
Because it couldn’t be me that was causing my life to spiral out of control could it?
I mean.. I was dealt a pretty bad hand, right?
I had panic attacks daily, I was on medication for depression, I hated life and thought about ending it often…
Until one day when someone told me to “Meditate” to help with panic attacks….
I was desperate to try and feel “Normal” and I was ready to try just about anything, so I humored the person and tried it…
I logged on to Youtube and searched “Meditation for panic attacks”; I found one and closed my eyes and followed along…
I cannot stress to you enough that this was the moment that changed my whole life!
It wasn’t long after that, that I started to work on healing my emotional traumas….
Not long after that, I led myself right into a “Spiritual Awakening” where my whole life flashed in front of my eyes and I knew without a doubt why I had gone through each and every single one of the traumas that I had.

Once I understood this and saw the big picture, I was able to forgive, let go, release the past and send love to all those who had hurt me….
I began to truly love and honor myself and I realized that those who didn’t love me for who I was … were truly missing out!
I got into healthy patterns in relationships, in taking care of my body, mind, and soul…..
I got off of all the medications I was on.. didn’t need them!
Once we decide to take responsibility for our own actions and and we realize that the law of attraction is for real…
Once we see that what others have done to us was never about us in the first place and that…
We can understand that and be freed from the shackles of depression and anxiety….
We are co-creators of our own experiences… and we MUST take responsibility for our own actions and E-motions…
Once we realize and truly understand that we are all here for a purpose and that these traumas are our “Lessons” we are meant to learn…
Once we see and clearly understand that it is none of our business what other people think of us…
and we clearly see and understand that we cannot control other people… PERIOD (not what they do, not what they think).

when we understand that everyone is vibrating that a different frequency and those that we long for in our lives may not be at the level we are at (due to their own afflictions that they haven’t dealt with yet)
When we learn to let go of what no longer serves our highest and best goods….
Then we can begin our journeys into self healing and empowering!
Once we are free and clear and in a high vibrational reality…
Then we can begin our journey into healing and empowering others (because that is part of each and every single one of our purposes here on Earth!)
Well since I am a “Healer” and a Certified Master Herbalist/Master Aromatherapist and since I am someone who heals myself and others using a “Whole-istic” (hence my healing practice being called Wholeistic Healing) approach, I am going to give you some ideas of things you can do to heal yourself…
**Please know that these are all Natural solutions that worked for me and I am not telling anyone to go out and just stop taking any prescription medications they are on!***
The mind is either a “Dangerous” thing or a “GLORIOUS” tool in healing..
I am telling you that if you are depressed, the first step into feeling better is to find self love and self empowerment!
In terms of Law of Attraction, we can have a positive mindset that brings joy, peace, harmony, and balance to our day to day existence…
which then in turn will bring high vibrating emotions to us and then Universe can’t help but send things and situations (people) to our lives that are high vibrating.. bringing us more Joy, peace, harmony, and Balance!
1) MEDITATE: I am not kidding you guys, it saved my life! Many people say to me “I don’t have time” or “I should but I don’t”. well YOU MUST! take 20 minutes per day and MEDITATE… go within and connect to God (source) and the Angels. I do not care what kind of meditation you do, but it keeps up in a high vibration and you will much easier be able to pull yourself out if you begin to slip into the abyss again!
2) POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS: Saying positive affirmations three times a day (morning, mid-day, and at night)—such as “I love and accept myself,” “I am at peace in my life,” “I deserve to be happy,” “I feel good physically, mentally, and emotionally”—dispels the negative chatter.
3) FOCUS ON YOUR BLESSINGS (NOT YOUR STRESSINGS): One of the biggest things that is guaranteed to bring you out of depression/anxiety and negative patterns (thought forms and beliefs) is the Law of attraction Instead of focusing on what is wrong… focus on what is right in your life. Have Gratitude and appreciation for what you have.. even if it isn’t all you want…. It will indefinitely bring more of it to you! Focusing on the solution of what’s bothering you is highly effective as well…. instead of fixating on the problem. Worrying only increases stress-levels.
4) TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR ACTIONS: Truly think about every single situation that you have ever been involved in where you feel you were a “Victim”. What did the other person do to you? What made that person do it to you? What part did you have in them doing it to you?
Listen.. even if you truly cannot think of anything you could have possibly done to cause others to harm you with their words and actions… even if you truly were a “Victim” in any of the situations that are haunting you deep in your mind… it is up to you to take responsibility for healing yourself from it. It is your responsibility to truly and deeply forgive the other person for it.(Not for them..
FOR YOU and your well being so you are no longer harboring the negative energy of the events)…
keeping in mind always that as you do this you are releasing the negative energy surrounding the situations and taking your first steps to permanently healing them!
When you get to the place where you are no longer energetically living in those situations anymore and you truly bring them up, feel them, heal them and then release them… you are energetically climbing up that vibration scale that I love so much ( talk about it just about daily! lol) Focusing on the solution instead of the problem is a highly effective way to bring positive energy into your mind as well.
THEN... you can more easily focus on your BLESSINGS and not your stressings!
5) REACH OUT: Please reach out if you are not at a place where you know exactly what is making you depressed or you are not strong enough emotionally to deal with things on your own. There are so many therapies and modalities that all of us “Healers” know and use religiously (lol.. get it… “Religiously? hehe)
When it comes to your physical body
The usual treatments for depression are prescription antidepressant medications which, in theory, work by increasing levels of “feel good” brain chemicals.
There’s evidence they are no more effective than a placebo, but have a lot more side effects.
If you’ve gone the medical route with little success and want to go the “Natural” route instead of using medication, then fortunately there are many natural ways to treat depression that have been scientifically proven to work often as good as or better than antidepressants.
to have Truly good health as a whole is keeping a balance in your physical body…. in depression and anxiety’s case it comes with keeping a balance in your brain as well…
Diet, exercise and some really awesome Herbal Medicines (Including herbs and essential oils) when needed are the 3 best ways to create this “Balance”,,,
1) AVOID PROCESSED FOODS (EAT WHOLE FOODS): With all of the debates out there now a days on which “Diet” is best for who’s body.. it is hard to say which one in particular is best for you (without doing a personal consult with me anyway.. lol)
However, without a doubt, all of the healthy diet plans out there all have the same goal in the end and that is that… they all focus mostly on eating “Whole” and “Real” foods.
Processed food, fast food and commercial baked goods are linked to depression. The benefits of eating unprocessed food are twofold. First, it greatly increases your chances of getting the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients your brain needs to function. And secondly, it eliminates additives known to contribute to depression like white sugar, MSG and artificial sweeteners.
You guys…. the processed and chemically enhanced foods out there that are full of preservatives are not recognized by your body as “Food”…. so therefor as soon as your body tries to break them down… it CANT….. so it will sit in your system and literally rot in your intestines and eventually be sucked into your system somewhere….
Your brain is where the signals come from right? so when the stomach says “Ummmmm…. dude… what should i do with these preservatives that are preserving the foods we are trying to digest? They aren’t breaking down and we need the room for the incoming load… we need to empty out please!”
and then the Brain replies and states “10/4 good buddy I hear ya; however, I just spoke to liver and he is on overtime, kidneys are short handed, and spleen quit last week… I am not sure what to do…. I will check with intestines and see where they are at…”
…… and… then the intestines say “Are you freakin serious? I am still trying to absorb last month’s loads and not to mention the alcohol and caffeine that I just received! I just can’t today guys!”
and then the poisons and toxins are sent to the cells of the body to carry and the lymphatic system says, “I will try my best, but we need a break very soon or else we will have to create cancer cells….”
By this time, the brain doesn’t have synchronicity with the body anymore…
and this happens over and over throughout the years and years and just like the patterns in the mind that become unhealthy.. so do the patterns in the physical body and the brain becomes unbalanced!
Do you think the brain is very happy about this? I am guessing not, since we can all feel the tension between the organs just reading about their frustrations!
we should be eating whole foods that were put on this Planet by God (source) that are intended to keep the physical body happy, healthy,, and balanced (and they more easily processed and digested and supplement the organs instead of separate them!)
Eating a balanced diet with lots of greens, reducing processed sugars, and drinking lots of water is not only healthier for your body, it also nourishes the mind.
2) EAT HEALTHY FATS: Besides eating unprocessed food, the other dietary rule for depression is to eat plenty of healthy fats. Your brain is largely made of fat — about 60 percent by dry weight. A lot of that is cholesterol since 25 percent of the body’s cholesterol resides in the brain.
Cholesterol, in spite of what we’ve been told, does not cause heart disease. But too little cholesterol increases your risk of depression and even suicide.
(healthy fats like nuts, avocados, coconut oil, olive oil, wild salmon and grass-fed meat will help keep your brain balanced.)
Coconut oil uniquely feeds the brain with medium-chain fatty acids
People with depression tend to have lower blood levels of omega-3 essential fatty acids.
Omega-3s are an integral structural component of brain cell membranes and nerve cells. One omega-3 in particular that’s critical for brain function is docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). DHA deficiency is linked to depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia.
The best dietary sources of omega-3 fats and DHA are cold-water fatty fish like salmon and sardines. If these are not a regular part of your diet, consider taking a fish oil or a DHA supplement.
3) GET PHYSICAL EXERCISE: Physical exercise is one of the best things you can do for elevating your mood. It increases circulation to deliver more oxygen, glucose, and nutrients to your brain while clearing out toxins and metabolic debris.
Exercise builds a healthier brain by increasing the levels of brain chemicals that promote new brain cell formation and new neural connections. It actually reorganizes the brain so that it responds better to stress.
Regular physical exercise has been found to work better for depression than SSRIs (selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors), the drugs usually prescribed for depression.
according to Dr. John Ratey, renowned psychiatrist…
” Aside from elevating endorphins, exercise also increases our body and brain levels of endocannabinoids, brain growth factors (BDNF) and regulates all of the neurotransmitters targeted by antidepressants.”
besides… when we exercise or physically are up and around… we just literally feel better about everything!
Most people are not aware of a powerful force called spirituality, which once embraced in our lives can help us to heal ourselves and heal others.
To answer this question, you need to first ask yourself, what is the root cause of depression?
Depression is not caused by an event, a person, or a situation; it is caused by a disturbance in the spiritual equilibrium.
This refers to the fact that when there is more negative states in our mind and negative energy in our body as opposed to positive energy then depression occurs. The lack of positive energy hampers the balance between the mind, body, and soul.
It is only through practice of spiritual healing that you will be able to restore this balance and thus treat depression.
Now the question is where do you start?
What you really need is more and more positive energy. The best way to drive positive energy is by becoming one with your inner self.
The objective of spirituality is to help you create and control good energy and help you to heal yourself using this energy.
Healing by using various spiritual techniques helps to calm the mind and relax the body.
Depression is a mind disease and the path of spirituality helps you to gain control over your mind. There are several spiritual paths that you can choose but the easiest path to natural healing is through meditation.
Meditation not only help us to relax the mind an body. …. but it connects us to God (source), our Angels, and spirit guides…
The energy we feel when “Connected” to the white light not only brings us the energy of unconditional love.. but the most positively charged energy you will ever feel anywhere!
There may be things from your past lives that need to be healed and you can find these and figure them out through “Past life regression”…
The main objective to healing things “Spiritually” is getting down to the root cause….. which you can’ help but stumble upon when you are truly doing your “Soul work”, right?
Many of the things that lead us to depression can be spiritual in nature…but by discovering your “Higher self”… you will then know the truth of who you really are and find your life’s purpose….’
That always leads to someone finding a greater purpose and the knowing that the things you went through were not in vain (Just like my story…)
Just the knowing that you are a spiritual being having a human existence is an amazingly positive way to find your attitude of gratitude……
