Whole healing starts and ends with “Whole Foods”

Although many of you truly think you have been eating healthy…

and although so few realize what it truly is…..

It is time for me to talk about “Whole” foods with you and what they truly are and what they are NOT…

When it comes to healing on a “whole” process that includes healing mind, body, and spirit..

Many of my new clients will come to me and tell me “But I already am eating whole foods”

or “I shop at whole foods already!”

and even though I want to hug them so tight and cheer them on for taking measures to help their physical body be its highest and best…

I have to take them by the hand and lead them a little further on their paths ….

You see…

Every day average Americans are simply not well educated in terms of nutrition and what is actually edible out there now a days (honestly it isn’t much anymore).

I want every one of you to know exactly what you are putting in your body and how you can help your health increase 10 fold just by knowing a few simple rules of eating “Whole foods”.

what exactly is “whole” food anyway?

The Whole Food diet is so very flexible and can be altered to YOUR lifestyle and YOUR choices of how little or how far you would like to take it..

Truly it is not so much a diet and more of a lifestyle…

It is eating ONLY:

1) Whole fruits and vegetables (typically locally sourced and full of life force)

2) Real foods the way they came from nature (no processing.. full of life force)

3) little to no added sugars (and eating minimally processed sugars like cane sugar)

4) Nothing in a box, a can, mix, or from a factory (nothing “processed” only whole)

5) Focuses on plants, including vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, seeds and nuts, which should make up the majority of what you eat.

6) no refined foods, processed or bleached flours, and / or processed or altered oils

7) some people choose to eliminate dairy and meat too (but that may come later if you are just starting out)

Rules of a “Whole food” diet

The cool thing is there really isnt any “Rules”….

you can choose how far you take this…

but some of the things that are important to know are…

Just because you buy it from “Whole” foods doesn’t mean it is….

Unfortunately, many people get the name of the store confused and we automatically assume that if we shop at “Whole foods” or any food store that appears to represent healthy eating that we are safe.

We should NEVER assume something is healthy and “Whole” and we should always read labels on everything (I mean EVERYTHING).

If there are ingredients in something that you cannot pronounce… I can guarantee your body cannot digest it and it will cause inflammation and sometimes much worse in your body…

Anything that has processed flours in it is NOT whole food (or healthy really)

People have actually told me that they believe they are eating healthy because they are eating a whole food diet that includes breads and pastas and tortillas….

Guys… even if you are eating the “Wheat” or “grain” versions….. they are still none the less “Processed”….

A better alternative to steer clear of processed flour (I mean “Bleached flour”…. really?) would be to choose options that are made from brown rice, almond flour, and other “Whole” healthy grains, nuts, legumes etc that have not been chemically altered..

Quinioa is a great option as well

Clean Eating Grocery List for beginners

The clean eating basics include no junk food, no processed food, no high sugar foods, or high salt foods, no foods with thousands of ingredients and many you can never pronounce out loud!!

It’s essentially eating REAL “Whole” food. Fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, beans, legumes, nuts and seeds.

Following a Clean Eating Diet can be easy. You just have to learn what is and isn’t “clean” and follow those guidelines until it becomes a daily habit for you.

I am telling you it saved my life (literally)…

You are what you eat.. it is true and when you let your food by thy medicine……

it won’t take long before you start to feel amazing… more energy and stamina and you stop feeling “poisoned” or sick after you eat as you give your body what it needs and stop giving it so much of what it doesn’t…

As You continue to notice a substantial positive change in your health and wellness ..

you will be so happy you decided to change your lifestyle and won’t ever want to go back to eating yucky food again (I can’t even stand the taste of the chemically made and altered foods anymore now that I am used to real food……you start to notice how much out there is not really food)

Use it to make any healthy recipes you like to make, but without all the added “garbage gut” ingredients.

NOTE: You do NOT have to buy everything on this list. This list is just a general idea of what you can stock your home with. Get rid of the junk, and only put healthy foods like this in your fridge/pantry/cupboards.

What I usually do is decide what I plan on eating for the week and use this list to choose what I need to buy. It’s more of a guide to follow and pick & choose from.

Guidelines to an Anti-Inflammatory Diet

What you need to know to help your body naturally re-gain balance and harmony

 Anti-Inflammatory Diet

It is becoming increasingly clear that chronic inflammation is the root cause of many serious illnesses – including heart disease, many cancers, and Alzheimer’s Disease…. so name just a few.

We all know inflammation on the surface of the body as local redness, heat, swelling and pain.

It is the cornerstone of the body’s healing response, bringing more nourishment and more immune activity to a site of injury or infection.

But when inflammation persists because we do not understand the deeper meaning or it’s purpose (energetically), it damages the body and causes illness.

Stress, lack of exercise, and exposure to toxins (like secondhand tobacco smoke) can all contribute to such chronic inflammation, but dietary choices play a big role as well. Learning how specific foods influence the inflammatory process is the best strategy for containing it and reducing long-term disease risks.

The Anti-Inflammatory Diet is not a diet in the popular sense – it is not intended as a weight-loss program (although people can and do lose weight on it), nor is the Anti-Inflammatory Diet an eating plan to stay on for a limited period of time.

Rather, it is way of selecting and preparing anti-inflammatory foods based on scientific knowledge of how they can help your body maintain optimum health. Along with influencing inflammation, this natural anti-inflammatory diet will provide steady energy and ample vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids dietary fiber, and protective phytonutrients.

You can also adapt your existing recipes according to these anti-inflammatory diet tips:

General Anti-Inflammatory Diet Tips:

  • Aim for variety.
  • Include as much fresh food as possible.
  • Minimize your consumption of processed foods and fast food.
  • Eat an abundance of fruits and vegetables.

Caloric Intake

  • Most adults need to consume between 2,000 and 3,000 calories a day.
  • Women and smaller and less active people need fewer calories.
  • Men and bigger and more active people need more calories.
  • If you are eating the appropriate number of calories for your level of activity, your weight should not fluctuate greatly.
  • The distribution of calories you take in should be as follows: 40 to 50 percent from carbohydrates, 30 percent from fat, and 20 to 30 percent from protein.
  • Try to include carbohydrates, fat, and protein at each meal.

Carbohydrates

  • On a 2,000-calorie-a-day diet, adult women should consume between 160 to 200 grams of carbohydrates a day.
  • Adult men should consume between 240 to 300 grams of carbohydrates a day.
  • The majority of this should be in the form of less-refined, less-processed foods with a low glycemic load.
  • Reduce your consumption of foods made with wheat flour and sugar, especially bread and most packaged snack foods (including chips and pretzels).
  • Eat more whole grains such as brown rice and bulgur wheat, in which the grain is intact or in a few large pieces. These are preferable to whole wheat flour products, which have roughly the same glycemic index as white flour products.
  • Eat more beans, winter squashes, and sweet potatoes.
  • Cook pasta al dente and eat it in moderation.
  • Avoid products made with high fructose corn syrup.

Fat

  • On a 2,000-calorie-a-day diet, 600 calories can come from fat – that is, about 67 grams. This should be in a ratio of 1:2:1 of saturated to monounsaturated to polyunsaturated fat.
  • Reduce your intake of saturated fat by eating less butter, cream, high-fat cheese, unskinned chicken and fatty meats, and products made with palm kernel oil.
  • Use extra-virgin olive oil as a main cooking oil. If you want a neutral tasting oil, use expeller-pressed, organic Grapeseed oil. Organic, high-oleic, expeller pressed versions of sunflower and safflower oil are also acceptable.
  • Avoid regular safflower and sunflower oils, corn oil, cottonseed oil, soybean, and mixed vegetable oils.
  • Strictly avoid margarine, vegetable shortening, and all products listing them as ingredients. Strictly avoid all products made with partially hydrogenated oils of any kind. Include in your diet avocados and nuts, especially walnuts, cashews, almonds, and nut butters made from these nuts.
  • For omega-3 fatty acids, eat salmon (preferably fresh or frozen wild or canned sockeye), sardines packed in water or olive oil, herring, and black cod (sablefish, butterfish); omega-3 fortified eggs; hemp seeds and flaxseeds (preferably freshly ground); or take a fish oil supplement (look for products that provide both EPA and DHA, in a convenient daily dosage of two to three grams).

Protein

  • On a 2,000-calorie-a-day diet, your daily intake of protein should be between 80 and 120 grams. Eat less protein if you have liver or kidney problems, allergies, or autoimmune disease.
  • Decrease your consumption of animal protein except for fish and high quality natural cheese and yogurt.
  • Eat more vegetable protein, especially from beans in general and soybeans in particular. Become familiar with the range of whole-soy foods available and find ones you like.

Fiber

  • Try to eat 40 grams of fiber a day. You can achieve this by increasing your consumption of fruit, especially berries, vegetables (especially beans), and whole grains.
  • Ready-made cereals can be good fiber sources, but read labels to make sure they give you at least 4 and preferably 5 grams of bran per one-ounce serving. Please make sure they are “Whole food”

Phytonutrients

  • To get maximum natural protection against age-related diseases (including cardiovascular disease, cancer, and neurodegenerative disease) as well as against environmental toxicity, eat a variety of fruits, vegetables and mushrooms.
  • Choose fruits and vegetables from all parts of the color spectrum, especially berries, tomatoes, orange and yellow fruits, and dark leafy greens.
  • Choose organic produce whenever possible. Learn which conventionally grown crops are most likely to carry pesticide residues and avoid them.
  • Eat cruciferous (cabbage-family) vegetables regularly.
  • Drink tea instead of coffee, especially good quality white, green or oolong tea. get hand made herbal teas from Wholeistic healing.
  • If you drink alcohol, use red wine preferentially.
  • Enjoy plain dark chocolate in moderation (with a minimum cocoa content of 70 percent).

Vitamins and Minerals

The best way to obtain all of your daily vitamins, minerals, and micronutrients is by eating a diet high in fresh foods with an abundance of fruits and vegetables. In addition, supplement your diet with the following Antioxidant Cocktail:

  • Vitamin C, 200 milligrams a day.
  • Vitamin E. Most adults should limit their daily supplement intake of vitamin E to 100-200 IU (in the form of mixed tocopherols and tocotrienols).
  • Selenium, 100-200 micrograms per day.
  • Mixed carotenoids, 10,000-15,000 IU daily.
  • The antioxidants can be most conveniently taken as part of a daily multivitamin/multimineral supplement. It should contain no iron (unless you are a female and having regular menstrual periods) and no preformed vitamin A (retinol). Take these supplements with your largest meal.

Other Measures To Consider

  • If you are not eating oily fish at least twice a week, take supplemental fish oil, in capsule or liquid form (two to three grams a day of a product containing both EPA and DHA). Look for molecularly distilled products certified to be free of heavy metals and other contaminants.
  • If you are not regularly eating ginger and turmeric consider taking these in supplemental form hand made from Wholeistic Healing (we make liquid form too)
  • Add coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) to your daily regimen: 60-100 milligrams of a soft gel form taken with your largest meal. (Make sure it has no added or other ingredients)
  • If you are prone to  take alpha-lipoic acid, 100 to 400 milligrams a day.

Water

  • Drink pure water, or drinks that are mostly water (tea, very diluted fruit juice, sparkling water with lemon) throughout the day.
  • Use bottled water or get a home water purifier if your tap water tastes of chlorine or other contaminants, or if you live in an area where the water is known or suspected to be contaminate

This is some very good information that will help you at least get a start to your inflammation healing journey.

Heal thy self for a heal-thy self!

Good Day to my lovely Friends!! I am amazed and very GREAT-FULL that you are here and learning with me!

Since I am a very passionate Master Herbalist, I thought maybe it would be a great day to share some information on healing your whole being with herbs and foods (and the energy of it).

I want to share with you some of my own personal “journey” of healing myself…..going from barely above ground, to truly living!

Many years ago, human beings would only eat “Whole” foods. They didn’t have a choice, because they ate what was available for them, right?

Not only did they know and understand (and were connected to the divinity within themselves) that God (Whatever that means for you) placed plants, roots, trees, and Herbs on this Earth for a reason…..

But they also knew exactly what to eat when they were not feeling so well! (because they were not taught to NOT follow the calling of their own soul)

Unfortunately, through the years, the knowledge was lost a little at a time…….

As the years have gone by, technology, and industry has continued to progress; which is great, except for the fact that the more we progress, the busier we are, the less time we have to eat right, the more “Convenience” foods that are created…

The more we buy high priced (non-nutrient rich) foods, the more we lose our knowledge of what exactly it is that our beautiful planet has to offer to keep our bodies healthy and whole!

(are you smelling what I’m stepping in here?)

So Through the years, we as people have gotten lazy (sorry but we have).

It saddens me when I try to help people (clients) to get better from Diseases they suffer from.. but they do not have enough honor for themselves to eat right or enhance their beautiful bodies (Sacred Vessels) with the plants and resources that were meant to keep us well.

People sometimes would rather spend $150.00 per month to pay for a industrialized fad…factory made “Nutrition” supplement (full of chemicals and preservatives) , then to have a Medicine Woman like me make them the same thing out of real herbs and vitamins (which I grow myself with LOVE so the vibration of my medicines in itself heals… You better believe it does!) that will run them about $20 for a month’s supply! (we herbalists do not do this for the money… we truly want you to feel better!)

Most would rather continue to suffer from their afflictions, because they would rather continue to eat man made poisons, then to hear me or their bodies begging them to LOVE THY SELF completely!

Why is this?

YOU GUYS…… Listen to me when I tell you that God’s Medicine is what was intended (most of you know this, but just can’t seem to do what is truly best for yourselves and your families)!

Now I do not want to get into a whole lecturing post, where I make you feel bad about yourself or try to convince you that you should “Let thy food (and herbs) be your medicine”…

BUT…… I do want to give you some educational information that will maybe make you understand a little bit better just how important this is!

As I always preach to the choir.. EVERYTHING is ENERGY!! We are all energy…… Literally everything that is in physical existence is E-N-E-R-G-Y!!!

So when we want to be healthy. and I mean completely healthy (BODY – MIND – SOUL) it is vitally important that we:

1) Eat RIGHT (Mind)
2) Get some Exercise (Body)
3) Meditate or pray (SOUL – connect with our higher selves and Higher power for a boost in our vibrations)

Yes… I know that we have all heard this a million times.. “Eat right and exercise”… in fact we have heard it so many times that I think as a society, we don’t even hear the words (or energy) or this anymore!

DO YOU KNOW THAT…..

Everything we put into our bodies has a vibration? Whether it is food, medicine, soda, beer, or fruits and veggies (it’s true).

So when we are eating “Whole” foods (which means foods that are grown from the Earth.. not processed and not chemically enhanced) Each of them have a much higher vibration then their Manufactured counterparts.

Did you also know that vegetables and fruits that are “canned” by a factory weigh in at a big fat ZERO on the vibration scale? they have little to no nutrients left in them by the time they reach your mouth…

BUT…..

Things that are home grown (organically – without pesticides) have a very high vibration to them…

WHY?

Well first off when things are grown from the Earth, they are naturally high vibrating, especially when they are grown by us and we LOVE our gardens and plants!

Weirdo people like me that actually talk to our plants and send them love are filling the plants and all of their energy with LOVE.

When we are thankful for our harvest, we send our plants GRATITUDE, right?

However….

When produce, herbs, and roots are processed by machines, they have the ever loving energy sucked right out of them!

About a year ago, someone said to me “Becky, you should sell your herbal medicine recipes to a factory and have them made in huge quantities, because they work so well!”

TO THIS I SAY…..NO FREAKIN WAY!

Not that I am afraid of sharing my formulations or recipes; but ultimately because a huge part of why my herbal medicines work so well is souly (hehe get it.. SOUL – Y) due to the energy that I instill in them while growing the plants, harvesting them, and preparing them.

My love for medicine making and my intention alone creates such a huge shift in the vibrations of these things, that if I were to have them made elsewhere they would lose an enormous amount of said vibrations… just by being processed by machines; rather then the energy of my physical hands.

I am living proof of how wonderful herbs and food as medicine truly is…

Here is why…

As a young adult, I was diagnosed with Degenerative Disc Disease, Fibromyalgia, Thyroid issues, Depression/anxiety, and God knows what else.

I have been in the medical field my entire adult life and graduated from pharmacy Technician school when I was 20 and then receiving my Medical Assistant degree at 35.

I truly believed at the time that the 10 prescription pills I took daily were the answer to my health problems.

I wasn’t yet educated in “Natural” healing and I not only fed my children garbage (which I wish so much I could go back and change that now… but I am greatful that I know now!)

SO I CONTINUED TO….

Not only eat like complete garbage…. but also popped all those pills that made me sicker and made me have to get more pills for the symptoms that the pills would create (so I had to add stomach medicine to the list, because this crap was ruining my stomach in all of it’s glory!)

So long story short… when I woke up and realized the truth of the matters..and I learned that I could make my own medicines from plants, eat a “Whole” food diet of anti-inflammatory foods, and work on the emotional pain that I was suffering from so deep down inside (do my soul work)… that I didn’t have to take all those prescriptions anymore (I also stopped pushing them on others.

I learned that my body was sick, because my mind and soul were sick (very sick).

I lived in a victim mentality and held in all of the hurts and struggles I had faced as a child and young adult.

I started meditating to ease anxiety (panic attacks I had daily) and depression, which led me to meeting someone who taught me how to make “Plantain salve”; which led me to the energy of herbal medicines (I then went back to school in an effort to heal myself… and it just blew up from there), which led me to eating the right foods, which led me to energy medicine and REIKI… which then led me to an amazing spiritual awakening….. which ultimately led me to Being completely connected to the divine in myself, which I now honor very deeply.

Once I learned to love myself….

I learned how to “HEAL THY SELF”…

I started making myself some herbal syrups for inflammation, eating only whole foods, drinking the herbal tea I made (I did this for a whole year) and I was amazed at how much different I felt physically.

Because of the high vibrating energy of my intake ( and doing my soul work) and healing my mind.. which gave me the ambition and drive to heal my body….. which made me feel great enough to want to heal my soul!

Believe me when I tell you….

that at the young age of 25, I was told that “Within 5 years you will be in a wheelchair”…THIS SCARED THE DAYLIGHTS out of me and created a reality for me that was very negative… just sitting around waiting for that fateful day! It created a fear… a big one!

I felt Hopeless….

At the age of 28 I had a complete hysterectomy due to the “C WORD” (I do not like to say it out-loud.. so I am abbreviating it as to not attract it back into my assistance ever again) that had crept into my cervix (in the female anatomy) when I was 20.

I had many surgeries over and over removing the “Big C” in my female parts and eventually I had to just have everything removed. (this was just shortly after having a miscarriage, so I wasn’t exactly ready to be done having children yet)

I felt Worthless……

At the age of 36 I was told that my Disc degeneration in my spine had significantly progressed (and not in the direction we want progress to go). I was once again told “It will be about 5 years and you will not be able to walk anymore!”

Then…. in 2015 I was diagnosed with MS (or so they say….)

BUT THIS Time……. I FELT hope, worth, faith, and empowerment!

why?

Because by that time, I had learned about the healing powers of foods, herbs, and energy!

Instead of believing everything my doctors were saying as God’s Word, I went home and formulated some medicines and a diet for myself that was not only healing physically… but high vibrating!

I learned how to work with my doctors as a team!

I learned not to “Own” disease… but to accept it and heal it instead.

The power of intention is so much more powerful then any of us as human beings can ever (ever) comprehend (believe that!)

By that time, I was of of most of the man made meds and decided i was NOT going to go down like that…

By that time, I had found faith in God (not that I didn’t always have it…) and all that is divine.

By that time.. I knew and understood very clearly what I must do!

So here I am today, 45 years old and Living the life of my dreams (at least the very beginning of it… because the bigger dreams are yet to come!)

45 years old, happy, healthy, walking, “C word” free, and living a high vibe life!

It is all one big puzzle for all of us to figure out.. that is what we call life!

We are meant to go through certain struggles and learn certain lessons.. THAT IS WHY WE ARE HERE!

Why was I so sick?

Whelp….. The answer is simple…. because in my mind I didn’t love myself, which in turn made my physical body sick, due to the low vibrating frequencies I was resonating at and the low vibrational foods I was eating (and the lack of high vibrating herbs I ingested).. which was also due to the ailments of my soul!

When we “WHOLE-ISTICALLY” heal ourselves (or have someone help us to do so) and eat high vibrational things… WE FEEL AMAZING!

To this day, when I eat things that do not serve my highest and best good, I suffer the consequences of it! I feel not so good…..

THIS IS TRUE FOR YOU TOO!!!

Imagine the energy you would have if you were eating high vibrating energy and living in a positive and high vibrating lifestyle (of gratitude, joy, peace, and harmony) and connecting to the realms of the divine (truly connecting) every single day!

Our bodies are sick for a reason guys……

A lot of the diseases we carry today are energetically placed. Our bodies are begging us to figure out the root cause and fix it…

AND WE CAN!

As of today, my physical spine is still what it is (can’t change that) but I am greatly impressed at how fast I can make a flare up go away these days!

I may still have these ailments that try to creep into my physical existence…. BUT…. they will never become me (NEVER)!!

I overcame a herniated disc (L4/5) where the disc actually literally flew out of position and landed smack dab right onto my sciatic nerve in less then a month (disc was dissolved and gone) by making everything in my life a high vibration (eating anti-inflammatory foods and herbs, energy healing, and asking my body exactly what it was trying to tell me and actually listening).

The Great Grocery Store Awakening

How to know what is truly in your food!

It is no question that the Standard American Diet lost it’s “Standards” years ago! When it comes to eating (and we love to eat)….

Every single person you ask will give you a different interpretation of what they think is “Healthy” and what they feel is not…

I am definitely not a nutritionist by any means…

BUT…

From my own personal journey of taking y own health into my own hands…

…with Whole Foods and Herbs (diet, nutrition, emotional healing, and spirituality).

By Now you must know that what you buy in the grocery store is not guaranteed to be good for you; and is by no means “Nutritious”.

The biggest problem is that Humans are so programmed to eat a certain way and act a certain way and believe in certain things (closing off our minds to anything that isn’t “norm”)…

Then even when we know that the food choices we are making for ourselves and our children and loved ones…

Are not the best choice…

We (so many of us) STILL ignore it and keep in the routine we have created when we go to the store..

LABEL READING

With life the way it is in our society now a days…

It is so much easier (or so most will say) to stick to what we know and make the same meals and things over and over and over again…

According to my clients I have heard the following when I let them know how much a small diet change will make in their health and well being..

Just by simply cutting out anything processed (only eating whole foods)…

It scares people away and then they will not follow the protocols that I have written for them.

Here are the most common answers I hear of why a whole food diet isn’t going to work for them…….

1) So many afraid to try now things……

2) So many don’t have time to prepare home made meals…..

3) So many can’t afford to switch things around on the grocery list…

4) So many find it easier and cheaper to eat out at Fast Food……

5) So many simply love the taste of the boxed, bagged, frozen, and canned.

The number 1 answer I get when I ask a client “DO you know exactly what you are putting in your body when you eat boxed, bagged, frozen, and canned?”

Is…

“What? What do you mean it is not digestible?”

And sadly….

When I ask clients “Do you know there are some “Cosmetic” Chemicals in some of your favorite foods?” (Not only that but these chemicals are in the products we put on our skin… going straight to our blood streams and organs as well.

The most popular answer is…

“That can’t possibly be true… the Government would never allow us to eat stuff that is poisonous for us~!”

with…

“That would be against the law. It would have to say that on the label,right?”

Unfortunately, most of the preservatives used in our foods today are unnatural chemical substitutes.

If you have ever looked at the ingredients on a food label and wondered what Butylated hydroxytoluene or ascorbic acid is, you are not alone.

There are many foods on the market today where half of the ingredients on the label are extremely difficult to pronounce (RED FLAG)….

The average person most likely has no idea what any of these substances actually are.

Some of these chemical compounds are man made preservatives. Take a look at the picture below…… and ask yourself how many of the ingredients you can recognize.

If you don’t read food labels you SHOULD BE….… because more than likely if you cannot pronounce them…. they are man made chemicals that will poison your system (if not right away… the build up will eventually cause all kinds of problems with digestion, headaches, weight gain, body imbalance… and sometimes even chronic pain and inflammation in the body.

I can promise you that there was a day and time that I didn’t believe this either…

I used to go through life with my grocery list and just replenish the same things over and over and over…

I would have no clue what was in anything I was puttin in my body..

Nor would I even care to know….

It was affordable….. it fed my family (kept our bellies full)….. and noone was seeming to be getting sick…

OR WERE THEY?

I can promise you that when I became knowledgable with reading labels and when I stopped buying the boxed, the canned, the frozen, and the jarred..

and switched to only whole foods…. meaning Organic Fresh meats, Fruits and Vegatables (NOTHING processed or chemically enhanced)

Leaving out the toxic “Preservatives” that will sit in your system and …

sit in your system…

and sit in your system…

AND…

sit there, intrusively into the organs and glands and cells of your system!

WHY?

Because these things were never meant to be “Food”..

and your body simply cannot (wasn’t designed to) cannot recognize foreign substances as “Food”.

IN FACT…

Eating preservatives is like dropping a bomb on our intestinal tract because these preservatives kill both our “good” and our “bad” bacteria.

The destruction of our “good” bacteria have a number of negative effects on our health.

One major effect is our ability to digest and breakdown food. Food needs to be broken down into very tiny pieces in order to be absorbed through the lining of the small intestine, and our “good” bacteria play a major role in this process.

and so when you eat toxic chemicals in most of today’s foods…

it goes to the stomach and the stomach says…“What the heck is this? I can’t break this down! No matter how much stomach acid I send out …. I hope my Human doesn’t mind the indigestion ……..Well… I guess I will send it to the liver… liver will know what to do with it!”

It then goes to the liver and the liver says…“Ummm excuse me… hello???? What exactly do you think I am supposed to do with this? I do not recognize this… it is not breaking down with my extremely strong bile! It can sit here for a while, but if it doesn’t break down soon, I will send it to the lymphatic system to be cleared. Lymphatic will know what to do!!

It then gets split and some goes to lymphatic and some goes to kidneys and some gets sent back to the intestines…..

AND GUESS WHAT?

NOBODY…..none of your Organs know what the heck to do with it or how to break it down…… it does not compute! so it gets sent back and forth between the organs over and over and over…

NOW…

if you are someone who ingests these things once in a while….. then eventually your body will clear most of it out (it can take years)…

However…..

If you are someone who eats a diet mostly of boxed, canned, frozen, processed and fast…

Think about how much of this builds and builds and builds….

then add the damage it does to Harmony of the digestive enzymes and stomach acids….

Now you have created a tornado of damaged organs and digestive tract that is not properly absorbing nutrients….. because it has become confused and overloaded (like a computer with too much data)…

What do you think happens at this point?

Here’s a small list of some of the damages….

1) Dis-ease and Dis-function of organs
